Ingredients
- 2 pieces of fresh ginger.
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder.
- 2 pinches of cayenne pepper.
- 4 lemons.
- 2 liters of water.
- Honey (optional).
Preparation
- In a juicer get the juice of the ginger root and the 3 lemons.
- Mix them in a pitcher and add the water, turmeric, cayenne, and some lemon wedges.
- Sweeten to taste with pure honey or stevia.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before consuming it so that all the ingredients are integrated.
