  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (must be chilled) (200 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons of coffee or almond liqueur (40 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla (15 ml)

Preparation

  • First, prepare a strong coffee. Try to do it a few minutes before so that it is cold when you use it.
  • Next, work with the liquid whipping cream, beating vigorously until doubled in volume. Then  add the powdered sugar little by little. However, if you are using normal sugar, make a syrup so that the cream does not have lumps. Then add the tablespoon of vanilla.
  • Then add the 150 grams of mascarpone cheese or false mascarpone to the cream.
  • Now, in a plate or container, mix the coffee with the sweet liqueur. With this liquid you will moisten the sponge cakes.
  • Then, prepare the refractory container with plastic wrap to disassemble the eggless tiramisu with ease. Try to make the container glass or silicone, square and wide.
  • Arrange the cakes in rows at the base of the baking dish. Then add the mascarpone cream. Cover with another layer of soletillas moistened with coffee liqueur.
  • We cover again with the mascarpone cream until we make a third layer of soletillas and cream.
  • Finally, sprinkle cocoa powder over the dessert and refrigerate it for a minimum of three hours.
