  • 2 cups of milk (500 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of flour (80 g)
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (120 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper (2 g)
  • ¾ cup of grated mozzarella cheese (180 g)
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg (2.5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon of salt (2.5 g)

Preparation mode

  1. The first thing you will do is peel the potatoes and cut them into squares.
  2. Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water until soft. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Then add the potatoes and cook them along with the bacon for about two minutes. Reservation.
  4. Now proceed to prepare the Alfredo sauce. For this, add butter in a pot and cook together with the onion and minced garlic.
  5. Then add the flour at once and stir it until it forms a golden paste.
  6. Add the milk and cook until it thickens slightly.
  7. Now add the cheeses and let them melt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  8. In a glass bowl, mix the potatoes with the Alfredo sauce while it is hot. Garnish with parsley.
